The proposed development comprises a modern 8,500 capacity events arena of approximately 18,500 sq.m floorspace.

The maximum height of the proposed arena would be approximately 30.5m (above ground level). This is approximately 11m higher than the adjacent Premier Inn hotel.  The proposed arena is however 6 metres lower than the existing planning permission on the subject site for hotel and offices.

No demolition would be required to facilitate the proposed development out with the existing turning circle.

Our specialist studies have shown that the development site is not environmentally sensitive.
